Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, self-regulating organizations are becoming increasingly important. The subject of this paper refers to turquoise management in order to increase patient safety and safety of medical staff in a 1-day clinic. The paper indicates the possibility of implementing this method to ensure better working conditions, as well as stay. The analysis shows that turquoise management works well in healthcare and can be successfully used in a 1-day clinic. This solution changes the approach to employees and patients.
