Lean Management as Main Development issue in Management and Control System in Dental Clinic

Summary/Abstract: The subject of the paper refers to Japanese management, in which lean management plays an important role. The paper indicates the possibility of implementing this method to improve the management and control system in a dental clinic, which is also the main objective of the paper. The analysis shows that lean management works well in health care and can be successfully used in dental solutions. It increases efficiency of working place by reducing of waste and makes management and control system more efficient.
