Summary/Abstract: William S. Burroughs dreaming to the end of death. In this paper, I will propose a very descriptive analysis of The Land of the Dead, as it appears in My Education. A book of dreams by Willliam S. Burroughs. Being a mythical modernist aspect which this volume shares with a similar book signed by Jack Kerouac, another beatnik author who published a dream diary, the recurrent mentioned oneiric space presents some features I will try to discuss, regarding an urbanistic dystopian topography.
