Summary/Abstract: In the current context, the digitization process has become one of the main factors that have contributed to the support of the work of the courts. Lawyers and parties involved in a trial have the opportunity to study documents in electronic format, which prevents the trial from being delayed by invoking insufficient time to become acquainted with the documents in the case file. Similarly, such a procedure is required in the last stage of the civil process, that of enforcement. As it has been consistently argued in law and in case law, that proceedings must be settled expeditiously, thus respecting the principle of adjudicating the case within an optimal and predictable timeframe, enforcement must enjoy the same guarantees as for the settlement of the role of the courts. Naturally, with access to the electronic file, a consequence could also be the communication of procedural documents in the same format.
