Summary/Abstract: Information and communication technologies are playing an increasingly important role in the sustainable development of a society, contributing to the improvement of economic, social, political, administrative indicators and last but not least those that characterize the level and state of justice in a state. No one questions the effectiveness and the positive impact of the implementation of information and communication technologies in the execution procedure, manifested by the transparency of the execution procedure and the reduction of the execution term.
