Summary/Abstract: The study proposes an overview of the legal instruments at the disposal of the bailiff of the Republic of Moldova, in order to ensure the efficient enforcement of the enforceable documents. In the absence of certain efficient legislative instruments for pursuing the equity and for determining the debtor to behave according to the legal rigours, the enforcement procedure is very difficult, if not impossible, to perform.
