Summary/Abstract: The modern businesses in competitiveness environment seek to take a significant position on the market by improving the quality of their products and services. The implementation of quality management systems supports processes in the company. The aim of the article is to present the results of research into the role and importance of the quality system in a foreign company regenerating compressors. the basis of the results of research carried out in the framework of the implementation of the undergraduate work, the thesis about the beneficial effect of quality management on the effects of the production process was confirmed.
