Summary/Abstract: In the article the quality management system in production enterprise X, the part of international Corporation, is presented. The results of researches of improvement of production process by assessment influence of methods and instruments of quality management on effects of production are shown. The following methods are described: 5 S, Kan-Ban, Just in Time, Poka-Yoke. It is shown that improvement of production process should be realized in complicity with employees. Effects of production systems can be described by quality rates as productivity, performance and others.
