Summary/Abstract: In the following, we will try a bridge hypothesis between Constantin Noica, – „Cuvânt împreună despre rostirea românească”, Neagoe Basarab – „Învățăturile” sale către „fiul său Teodosie”, the gesture of the voivodes Băliţă and Drag to direct the Monastery of Peri directly to the Patriarchy of Constantinople in 1391 and the date of the first Romanian writings (Sbornicul) in the course of the same year, among them the idea that the state means utterance. Ordering. And the utterance as ordering the man with God (Logos) presupposes the political doctrine which, for the Romanians, took the form of the Teachings of Neagoe Basarab, which in itself constitutes a cultural phenomenon. The fact that Baliță and Drag were in Constantinople while in Maramureş appeared the first writings in Romanian (Sbornicul) about the ordering of man in relation to God leads us to ask whether it is not at the court of the voivodes of Maramureş must have been the first Romanian doctrinal scribes.
