Necessary additions to the National Defense Strategy

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the gaps found in the National Defence Strategyn at the level of its contents and highlightes the fact that the national dimension dissapeared iscompletly out of the question, especially regarding the issue of the Romanian communities abroad. Due to the fact that Romania`s geopolitical vocation depends onthe safekeeping of its diaspora and historical communities, the official document becomes, itself, a risk at the national security.
