Summary/Abstract: The court decision is the most important act of justice, being the result of judicial activity. In this study, the author aims to analyze the importance and content of the considerations of the court decision, which is an essential element of it, a guarantee of the impartiality of the judge and the quality of the act of justice. Since the motivation is a matter of essence, not of volume, it is necessary to eliminate it from the content of art. 425 para. (1) lit. b) C. pr. civ.
