Tokenization of rights

Summary/Abstract: This article proposes an insight into the concepts of token, tokenization and NFT, briefly presenting the characteristics, functions and legal implications of the use of these digital tools in the legal circuit. From a legislative perspective, the concepts indicated are in the process of crystallization. Their dynamic nature, open to the dialogue between supply and demand, transforms them into volatile, interpretable, open concepts. The conclusion of the article follows the diachronic, evolutionary dimension, by observing a phased but consistent regulation of the notions advanced in the digital space, offering proposals de lege ferenda for an efficient legislative approach.
