Summary/Abstract: The world nowadays faces many challenges. Economic, environmental, and social ones. Not only individuals but also companies must respond accordingly. Corporate social responsibility is a solution not only to the economic well-being of the companies but also to the well-being of society. The deteriorating situation in the world also needs to be addressed by economic subjects, as government organizations are not able to solve problems on their own. Working together is more than desirable, and it is corporate social responsibility that can be the solution. Building a competitive advantage can be an incentive for companies to implement a given concept. The paper aims to present the results of a pilot project focused on applying socially responsible marketing in Slovakia in medium-sized companies,
