Summary/Abstract: The author in his article deals with current legislation of traffic offenses punishment. It deals with various phases of the process in which traffic offenses are discussed, and deals with the defense capabilities of the person who was accused of committing a traffic offense. At the end of the article is analyzed an issue of measuring the speed of cars.
