Professional burnout of teachers in the context of health and psychosocial conditions

Summary/Abstract: At the turn of years 2019/2020 health, psychosocial and socio-demographic determinants of teachers burnout has been analysed. Teaching profession, as one of the professions related to social services, is exposed to various stress factors. One of the most dangerous consequences of these factors is professional burnout which can lead to many diseases, subjective treatment of students and ultimately, make teachers resign from their work.
