EVIDENCE AND EVIDENCE RELATED TO INVESTIGATION OF CRIMES AGAINST CITIZENS 'EQUALITY

Summary/Abstract: The investigation is a system of procedural actions aimed at establishing the circumstances of the subject of evidence in each criminal proceeding. Each type of crime is characterized by specific features of the mechanism of commission and the manifestation of traces of it, which requires the determination of appropriate tactics and methods for gathering evidence. This article attempts to systematically examine the components of crimes against equality, with their specific ways of committing acts and appropriate ways to gather evidence to establish the crime committed and its perpetrator. The most frequently collected evidence and means of evidence are considered separately for each composition of this group of crimes, differentiated according to their nature - oral, material and expert conclusions. The typical places where traces and material evidence from the criminal activity can be found and included are indicated. Practical recommendations shall be made for the use of appropriate means of incorporating the established evidence in order to effectively clarify the circumstances of the case relating to the relevant legal qualification
