Summary/Abstract: The article evokes some aspects related to the Romanian theater in the post-war period, a cultural institution that between 1945-1948 was seized by an extraordinary creative frenzy. For Sică Alexandrescu, however, the only aesthetic current that mattered was the one that filled the performance room. However, there were also aesthetic initiatives that attracted a large audience. The article sheds light on other aspects of the theater world of that time.
