Summary/Abstract: The publication presents a visit to the parish of The Exaltation of the Holy Cross in Lachowicze on 31 July 1745. It was the first inspection after the renovation of the church, which was destroyed in 1706 during the Great Northern War. The temple was consumed by fires multiple times, it was confiscated after the January Uprising by the Tsarist authorities and destroyed by the authorities of the Belarusian Soviet Socialist Republic in 1960. Currently, the Church of The Exaltation of the Holy Cross, like the parish, does not exist. The presented text of the visitation was accompanied by a scientific and text commentary. The methodology of working with the manuscript was also presented.
