Summary/Abstract: Implementing the treatment of methodical problems based on the psycho-pedagogical conceptions of learning another foreign language, in our case, Romanian, this paper is an attempt to generalize the positive teaching experience offered by the textbooks of Romanian as a foreign language against a background of documentation on teaching vocabulary applied during the seminars of Romanian as a foreign language. Teaching vocabulary is approached on a three-level system, taking into consideration developing speaking skills, methods of teaching vocabulary and the consolidation aspect of improving vocabulary skills. The awareness of the instructive-practical side of teaching and learning the vocabulary of the Romanian language must be harmoniously combined with that of integrating communication skills.
