Summary/Abstract: Considering the problem of special investigations, the author particularly emphasizes, measures for combating organized crime, a temporary restriction of basic rights and freedoms: surveillance and technical recording of telecommunications; access to computer systems and computerized data - surveillance and technical recording of premises - covert surveillance and technical recording of individuals and objects, - the undercover investigator and informant - a simulated purchase of certain objects and simulated bribery and - controlled transport and delivery of the subject of a criminal offense. Application to investigation of specific actions as acts of proof and is conditional on certain regulatory conditions. The author in the context of this paper first deals with the special investigative measures individually, then the legal requirements for the application of these special investigative measures envisaged by the Law on Criminal Procedure.
