Summary/Abstract: This study examined the effects of business process management on organisational productivity. Survey research design type was adopted for the study. The population was characterized with both genders (that is male and female workers) in Guaranty Trust Bank and United Bank of Africa. A sample size of two hundred and twenty-one (221) staff was selected. The sampling technique that was used was Random Sampling Technique. Data collected were analyzed using frequency, descriptive and all stated hypotheses were analysed using Pearson Correlation and the findings indicated that there was a significant relationship between change in process and competitive advantage; also, the finding showed that there was a significant relationship between radical redesign and sales growth. The study therefore recommended that during the reengineering of the processes, organizations should stress on their planning as well as strategies.
