INFORMATION SYSTEM AS THE SUPPORT IN THE FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents an information system where they collect all the information and other documents related to corruption in various spheres of Bosnia and Herzegovina in order of entities, cantons and municipalities. Information system has a database where all the information stored in text format, video and photos. Information and other documents are available to all competent authorities. In this paper we have shown a way of protecting information systems. In addition to collecting information on corruption can be seen statistics staple sections where most corruption occurs, ways of corruption and other elements essential to the analysis and prevention of corruption, and by the weight of corrupt activity. The paper shows a complete architecture and a system of information flow from the input information to the archiving and sharing with other interested agencies. This information system has extensive search by date, type of corruption, the names of participants in the corruption by departments where corruption has occurred, and other criteria necessary to make it easier to find information or document. This way of collecting and sharing information and documents and after analysis and preventive measures can be one of the important elements in the fight against corruption.
