Qualitative approach and content analysis were used for this purpose. The object of the research was population of all banks in Bosna and Herzegovina, which included 24 banks that operated in analyzed period. Results suggested that the index rises in the reporting period and that banks report the most on activities related to their products and services, less on activities related to community involvement, human resources, environment and the least on activities related to energy conservation. Regression-correlation analysis was applied to determine the correlation between the average CSR index and the average profit in the period from 2016 to 2019.
