Summary/Abstract: This article underlines the importance of the e-government in Romania and the necessity of building a real network of e-government for our country. I think that it is interesting in reading the article because you can find about the real situation of this tehnology in Romania and a possible solution of improving what we have. We all know that the conception regarding the relation between administration and citizen has chanced: nowadays we can often find in the speciality literarature the sintagm citizen-client. The article it’s about how we can build an efficient public policy corelated with the real lacks and needs from the public administration, so as the public services meet the needs of citizens better. All this can start by transforming the public manager from a person with general knowledge, in a specialized person in the e-government domain.
