Summary/Abstract: In the context of the declaration of the “Pandemic” by the World Health Organization, of the evolution of the international epidemiological situation generated by the effects of SARS-nCov2 coronavirus infection and in Romania, the activity in Justice was rethought, recommendations being developed to support magistrates, clerks, lawyers, specialized staff in courts and prosecutor's offices and, last but not least, citizens who intersect the offices of courts and prosecutor's offices. As in other judicial systems in the European Union, the heads of courts and prosecutor's offices, bar associations, best acquainted with the administrative-functional features of their own institutions, organized special hygiene and health protection measures for the proper conduct of activities in their premises.
