Summary/Abstract: This study presents the Termination Agreement for bilateral investment treaties between the Member States of the European Union both in terms of benefits and especially in terms of criticism. It has been argued that there are still voices calling for the removal of all investor protection. In all cases, this agreement has the negative potential to lead to different treatment of investors from different EU Member States. Proponents of her agreement have been working to make the actual transcript of this statement available online. However, many aspects that directly affect the intra-EU investment system will depend on future multilateral negotiations and Member States' actions to ratify this agreement and eliminate intra-EU BIT. It is the interpretation of EU protections by national courts that will shape the protection of investments in the post-retirement era. For this study, a coherent mix of qualitative and quantitative introspection research methods was required.
