Summary/Abstract: Classification of people who consider themselves as having a common origin which is represented through culture, history and religion can be perceived through a common identity. Bearing in mind that national identities are several centuries old it is an interesting fact that may be we are contemporaries of the beginning of the “European identity“. Apart from the national and European identity, there are a number of other ones which can be perceived through primary and secondary identities.
