Summary/Abstract: Relations between medical staff and students who come to practical teaching need to be based on constructive communication; mutual respect; trust; sensitivity to others and shared value that will facilitate the process of knowledge transfer (Higginson, 2010). The purpose of this research is to examine methods of exchange and transfer of knowledge in order to make better connection between structural theoretical knowledge and practical work of students. Knowledge management or exchange of knowledge between people is a form of organizational innovation that can create new ideas and develop new business opportunities through socialization and learning process (Muller, 2014). Human capital / factor plays an important role in absorbing new technologies and innovations. As knowledge lies only in the human mind,it can be best utilized by increasing human abilities through increased communication, collaboration, and cognition, as well as through companies and knowledge-producing organizations (Kharbanda, 2004). With theoretical conceptualization, the paper presents a quantative empirical study that confirms the importance of knowledge transfer between medical staff and practitioner to the assertion of obtaining a quality healthcare, which ultimately reflects the basic purpose of providing health services, which is - patient satisfaction.
