Summary/Abstract: The present study draws attention to the application of the binary lesson considered as a non-traditional methodological idea in historical education. In this type of lesson, the joint, joint and cohesive work of two teachers stands out. Exemplary variants of binary pedagogical practice are presented through selected topics from the studied historical content integrated with the subjects “Bulgarian Language and Literature” and “Physical Education and Sports” in junior high school and high school.
