Summary/Abstract: Vision disability in the form of blindness or poor development, especially if it is present from birth or early childhood, often generates various problems of a developmental, educational, functional nature. The consequences of visual disability can be localized in the sphere of behavior, social attitudes, acceptance and supported moral, moral and norms even legal, correspond to the current social maladjustment. There are not many studies of decisions made regarding the maladjustment of the community among people forming in the special education system, both in Poland and in the world, and if you follow these reports on ten topics to take into account various aspects of victimization of a group of people. Official cases of disabled criminals’ sight are common. Because they depend on the indication of the situation in which clinical trials are conducted, within those that are undertaken on the basis of a sample of standard-size test sets including socially maladapted educational education in treatment centers aged 10–23 (24). It contains results that are average and which say above is 0.96, and the dominant ones are included in the use of disrespectful attitude to school training, non-observant rules of conduct in educational institutions and in relations with teachers and peers. Research data are associated with the implementation of studies that are even more often used in the field of search results of results obtained in this study, as well as take into account the degree of visual disability and the family situation of adolescents with visual disabilities.
