Summary/Abstract: The article deals with issues of educational progress of children from different social-cultural environment that does not provide them with type of development stimulus of their personality needed to meet the relevant performance expectations of school compared with children of the majority. We discuss in detail the issues of school readiness, entry disproportions in the period of initial training of child growing in different social-cultural conditions, and possibilities of social-pedagogical interventions already in the period of pre-school age of child.
