Summary/Abstract: The legal regulation of peace and security processes through regional organizations in various regions of the world is one of the basic concerns of the science of public international law, and the legal regulation of the relationship between regional structures and the United Nations in this process is the subject of research of a series of fundamental works and specialized articles. At present, the specialized literature on the analysis of the place and role of regional organizations in the process of preventing and combating the negative effects generated by armed conflicts in the process of ensuring regional peace and security offers a series of studies in the languages of international circulation, both of dedicated authors and of those from the affected regions that are the subject of this research.
