Summary/Abstract: The task of the current paper is to expand the interpretive discourse of Leibniz’s monadologically-based philosophical realm. To that end, the text will focus on the crossing of two different, yet mutually binding perspectives: politics and philosophy. We will hereby set the premises for the social and political picture of the century, also depicting the German destiny in relation to the European controversy. Following a rather fuzzy line of demarcation between politics and philosophy, we are suddenly confronted with the exciting possibility that political context could provide us with an explanation of Leibniz’s ontology.
