Summary/Abstract: The present paper is intended to discuss problematic relations between a material environment and alive nature, preconditions of eco-design origin. Conception of eco-design, essence of its creation, objects and subjects of the activity are described. Importance of harmonious and cohesive development of society is stressed as well as the development effect on ecodesign creation principals. Factors influencing a creation process are analyzed. Eco-design creation process peculiarities, creation and designing tasks and objectives are discussed.
