Summary/Abstract: The fact that current legislation has opted for regulation under a special law (Law No 81/2018) of telework has to be seen as a sign of legislative evolution in the context of increasing labor mobility, where the presence has become as well as an instrument capable of revealing the rigors that need to be observed in the case of telecommunication, to this point ad hoc deflated in the absence of a legislative framework and why not, to emphasize the importance of observing the rules that already draw working conditions at home.
