Summary/Abstract: This study aims to test the relationship between globalization and economic growth in Turkey for the period 1980-2018 using the Toda-Yamamoto causality approach. Toda-Yamamoto causality test results indicated a unidirectional causality running from trade globalization to economic growth, unidirectional from economic growth to financial globalization, bidirectional between information globalization and economic growth, unidirectional from political globalization to economic growth, and unidirectional from economic growth to general globalization. No causality relationship was found between economic globalization and economic growth, social globalization and economic growth, interpersonal globalization and economic growth and cultural globalization and economic growth.
