Summary/Abstract: Today, it is known that the tourism sector has a large share in the economies of all countries in the world. Thissector, directly affects and is affected by many other sectors. The hotel selection by the customers is a Multi-Criteria Decision Making(MCDM) problem, as it is aimed at determining the most suitable one among many alternatives. For this purpose, the criterias that customers consider in hotel preferences during the Pandemic period and how they make hotel preferences have been examined with TOPSIS method which is one of the MCDM methods. In the study, the data set created by considering 14 criteria of 46 hotels with a hotel score of 7,8,9 and above in Kemer region of Antalya province, which was taken from the websites of various travel agencies in June 2021, was used in the analysis. As a result of the TOPSIS analysıs, it was seen that the H1 hotel was the best and the H33 hotel was the worst. The hotels in the top five places are respectively; H1, H7, H21, H6, H18 were determined. In addition, the worst 3 hotels are respectively; H29, H43 and H42 were observed.
