Summary/Abstract: Mediation in bribery is one of the most widespread and latent corruption crimes, the clarification of which arouses serious theoretical and practical interest. Although it is a preliminary criminal activity, it has been declared an independent crime by law, taking into account its high degree of public danger. The above requires its detailed study from an objective and subjective point of view and paying attention to its special executive act, discussing the two possibilities for its implementation - factual and intellectual mediation and analysis of relevant case law.
