ДВА ПРЕПИСА ДАНИЛОВОГ ЗБОРНИКА КРАЉЕВА И АРХИЕПИСКОПА СРПСКИХ ПОРЕКЛОМ ИЗ РУМУНСКИХ ЗЕМАЉА
TWO TRANSCRIPTIONS OF DANILO’S BOOK OF KINGS AND ARCHBISHOPS OF SERBIAN DESCENT FROM THE ROMANIAN COUNTRIES

Summary/Abstract: During the sixteenth century, two copies of Danilo’s Book of Kings and Archbishop of Serbia were created in the Romanian regions. Both copies were soon donated to the Sučevica Monastery, located in the north of Romania – area of Bukovina. Today, only one of them is in the manuscript collection of this monastery, unfortunatelly the other one is unknown when he was taken away and was for a long time first in Lvov, and is kept today in the National Library in Warsaw. The transcript in the Warsaw Library was written in Serbian and transcribed in Sučevica by the Bulgarian Editorial Office. Both transcripts are important for understanding the overall textual state of Danilo’s Proceedings in its preparation for the critical edition.
