Conflict interactions in the educational institution

Summary/Abstract: Pedagogical conflict as a kind of social conflict takes place in the educational environment, in the educational process. The pedagogical conflict is considered as a form of manifestation of the sharpened subject - subjective contradictions, creating a negative emotional background of communication, arising as a result of the professional and interpersonal interaction of the participants in the educational process. This presupposes the transition from clashes between the parties to the conflict to an interested elimination of the causes of its occurrence.Pedagogical conflict as a kind of social conflict takes place in the educational environment, in the educational process.
