Summary/Abstract: The term "training" is borrowed from the English "training", which means practice, development, exercise. In "Psychological Dictionary" training (from English train - to train, to educate) is "systematic training or improvement of certain habits and behavior of training participants." Despite the widespread use of the word "training", it is difficult to reach an unambiguous definition. There are many different approaches, definitions, practical descriptions, due to the different starting points and theoretical concepts of the authors and the schools to which they belong. Despite the numerous publications on the subject, there is no unity in terms of defining the training - it is defined as a method, form, technological system, etc.
