Summary/Abstract: Internal regulations represent a diverse form of administrative activity. There is a consensus in the professional literature on their theoretical definition, nevertheless legislative, legal and case law practice shows that acts that do not correspond to this definition are also considered to be internal regulations. The article therefore aims to critically evaluate the validity of the theoretical definition of internal regulations with regard to this practice
