Summary/Abstract: In the phenomenological perspective, sensitive side of man is primordial reference, and relation to a specific place is a key element. Deterritoriality is unthinkable. On the other hand, considering contemporary way of life as being new one (not by the hasty reporting to better or worse connotations compared to the past) redefining some of aspects could us might reflect deeply on this subject. Ioana Tudora is approaching the space’s deterritoriality from a positive perspective, admits the changes in the relation man-space and points out an inversion of the roles. If within the traditional community the spatial proximity was the one influencing the social relations, the group interests being based on the principle of neighborhood, today, the community is the one who influences its own space. The groups are made by different rules depending on common interests or affinities, causing new types of territorialization. The spatial continuity is no longer specific to our daily territories, these forming a network of independent points of interest related to lines, color or motion. Relatively compact surfaces have been replaced by nodes and lines. Territorial unraveling occurs when the movement between points is no longer constitutes a problem. We rediscover the same spaces of the daily pursuit: market, workplace, neighbourhood, leisure they find a new way to set up within the network. In the same system of thought, block structure and therefore its housing, completes and serves effectively the metropolis functions - unitary body of considerable scale formed of thousands of particles. Therefore, a multitude of living cells adjacent and overlapping belong to a system which harmony depends directly on the proper functioning of components each performing a stable function in the whole economy. On a larger scale, through the regeneration and the maintaining of the individual cells, shall ensure the life and functioning of the entire body of the city. The presence of any new such establishments in the city can regenerate an area, in the city life the vitality of is forwarding from one unit to another.
