Summary/Abstract: The conduct of the prosecutor who, during working hours, repeatedly used inappropriate expressions, virulent, vulgar and obscene language and posted on his personal social media account 'strange, obsessive' messages, some of which were similar in content to the statements he or she repeatedly made during working hours, shall constitute a disciplinary offence under Article 99(a) of Law no. 303/2004 on the status of judges and prosecutors, republished, as subsequently amended and supplemented. The insulting and aggressive language used by the magistrate in discussions with prosecutors and court clerks in the performance of his or her duties shall constitute a disciplinary offence under Article 99(c) of Law no. 303/2004.
