Summary/Abstract: This article aims to provide a set of tools for studying human resource motivation and to present the results from a survey conducted in a business organization. In order to achieve this goal, the methods of the systemic analysis and logical approach are employed. The approach presented is a tool for diagnosing the level of employees’ motivation. The results of the study support managers in taking specific actions to improve personnel motivation.
