Summary/Abstract: The study analyses the public legal person as debtor in the enforcement procedure. The work of the public legal entities that make up the public administration is surrounded by an increasingly complicated web of regulations designed to protect citizens. Therefore, no matter how complicated these regulations are, because they address important social objectives, the executor must adapt and know them. The analysis begins with an enumeration of the categories of legal persons governed by public law and continues with an analysis of its constituent elements. Finally, we conclude with the identification of the entities that are parties to the enforcement proceedings and a model form for the declaration of enforceability.
