Summary/Abstract: The importance of the educational system as a superstructure phenomenon is explained by the fact that it provides a serious and reliable system for social protection of people from the negative properties and actions of the competitive labor market. This protection is realized through the different types of educational degrees, the selection in and through the education, qualifications and acquired competencies in the school and the Universities, on the part of the individual.
