Summary/Abstract: The current research aimed to investigate the influence of COVID-19 in relation to social stigma against COVID-19 suffered people in educational institutions. The author shares her experience of developing the project “Assisting Moldovan English-Speaking Community’s Social Awareness 2020-2021”, implemented in the Academy of Economic Studies from Moldova (ASEM), aimed to avoid discrimination and stigma around coronavirus. Based on the results of the project, the present article delves into stigma associated with the COVID-19 pandemic among student. It reveals that only integrated activities of the students, the management staff, lecturers and parents can bring expected results - university that is free of discrimination.
