The Entities Responsible for the Payment of Expenses and Burdens on the Common Property in Residential Communities and Housing Cooperatives

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to analyse the class of persons liable for paying the cost of the common property in community housing and housing cooperatives. The first part of the article looks at the source of the obligation to bear the cost of common property by its owners. The outline also presents the types of these costs. The next section presents the regulations outlining the entities responsible for paying the cost of common property. Due to difficulties in interpreting the group of entities, the issue of the difference between contract lending for use and precarium relationships were subject to analysis.
