Summary/Abstract: Although it seems difficult to say that Islamic thought has formed a doctrine in a way that advises resistance by developing a model of resistance against the oppressive policies of the administration, it is not impossible either. In Islam, the way of resisting against the oppressing ruler has not been completely blocked, and the schools of resistance in the line that recommend changing the administration through revolution and approaching her actions with patience have also made their presence known. In this study, the views on whether to obey or resist the ruler, who is in unfair practices, are discussed from this point of view.
